SPR# JPAI5TJNP5 - Fixed a Panic in OSCheckDebugOutFileIdentity which will occur following the abnormal termination of a Notes Process followed by the Process ID being reused by a new Notes Process. This regression was introduced in 6.0.3/6.5.
